Mothers Who Brunch

#ChristmasWithCratePH

Christmas is fast approaching.

I know. I know. You are all saying, WHAT?

WHAT? We didn’t even celebrate Thanksgiving, yet!

Ok. But y’all know that Christmas begins here in the Philippines on September 1st. Right? I think I have shared the time when I was shopping in a store in Festival Mall, and I turned to the sales girl and said “Miss, you should change your music. It sounds like Christmas songs.”

She happily answered me with “Actually, ma’am it’s not a mistake. We can play Christmas music as early as September 1st.”

Ok, so if you want to be prepared this year, you can start your Christmas shopping early with Crate and Barrel Philippines.

That’s what Sabrina and I did earlier last month when we hosted their kickoff to their #ChristmasWithCratePH campaign.

This year, Crate has made it easier for you in two ways.

First, they have created Christmas Hampers.

They have put together big and small gifts in big and small price tags, so that you can give family and friends who like to entertain gifts that they will really use. You can choose from a variety of sizes to fit your budget for each of your loved ones. (Especially those loved ones who like to have a little drink, every now and then!)

Second, they are rewarding shoppers who come in and take advantage by shopping early. With a minimum purchase of P8,000.00, you will get to take home useful items for both hearth and home that you can keep for yourself (as a gift from the generosity of Crate) OR you can even give these freebies as gifts too!

And as a special treat to loyal shoppers who brave the weekend shopping madness, you can expect hot cocoa (did someone say Swiss Miss?) and cookies when you need to recharge and tick those names off your “NICE” list.

Sabrina and I were happy to host Crate’s media gathering by sharing some holiday dishes we came up with, that are a little different from the norm.

Truth is, these dishes can be served on any of the upcoming holidays we have during these “Ber Months.”

Actually, you can use these make ahead recipes for any of your holiday gatherings.

And of course, y’all know, I enjoy entertaining on Thanksgiving.

In fact, this take on poutine is another great way to recycle leftovers from your Turkey dinner!

Thank you to all of our friends who came and joined us as we kicked off Crate’s 12 Weeks of Christmas! We just love being able to spend time with all of you by sharing what we love!
