If you are a parent, you have come across many brands that you go to for the different jobs you perform as someone’s caregiver. From changing nappies, to feeding, playing, and even baby wearing, Infantino has been a brand that has continuously evolved with the demands of modern smart parenting.
Infantino Philippines just celebrated their first anniversary of being made available here, and as The Boss would have it, I was blessed to meet the couple behind the brand through social media and Best Buddies Philippines.
I say “The Boss,” because I do recognize all the blessings He has bestowed upon our very grass roots foundation, and I do believe that while the planets align for all that we need to make magic happen for our Buddies, He is the only one we can give credit to for bringing it all together so perfectly.
I met Kris Lee and his wife, Joan during their media event launching even more of the product line that we know and love of Infantino all the while, making lives easier for parents as we raise our kiddos up.
Can I confess that I didn’t even realize how important baby wearing was until Diego was born? I had a carrier of sorts, but always felt like I wasn’t wearing it properly, and that Diego was too big to fit with his chubby legs.
Flash forward to Gellibean being born and I KNEW I needed to learn even more about baby wearing since I felt like she needed to be attached to me. (#SEPANX much?) Of course, I was worried about her needs and whether or not I could leave her with anyone else to care for her, but because we breastfed exclusively for 2 years, and because I felt like she was a bit more fragile than my 3 big kids were, I chose to wear her more than her older siblings.
Here are some benefits to baby wearing that you might not have known:
- It strengthens the bond between parent and child
- Aides in development both physically and emotionally
- It’s easier to breastfeed on the go.
- Being closer to the baby boosts milk production
- YOU CAN GO HANDS FREE!!
Infantino is the most popular Baby Carrier in the U.S. and parents all over the Philippines have been enjoying the many benefits to having this brand by their side in their parenting journey.
I took notice of Infantino (again) the year after Gelli was born because of their EVERYBODY PLAYS campaign. One of the bloggers I follow from back home, shared the waves that Infantino was making when they partnered with another fierce momma who saw the need for mainstream media to INCLUDE children and adults of all abilities in their advertisements.

We are more alike than different. –NDSS
Infantino teamed up with Changing the Face of Beauty to bring awareness to children of all abilities and CELEBRATE THEIR DIFFERENCS while fostering acceptance and inclusion with Everybody Plays.
Can you say LOVE?

Love these mommas who also believe in the benefits of Baby Wearing with Infantino! L-R: Nish, Moi, Riki, Abbie, Ina, and Icel.Photo Credit: https://www.facebook.com/infantinophilippines/
Ok. So even if I can’t wear my Gellibean anymore because she’s a much bigger ball of cuteness at 7 years old, and my back just cannot take her weight, I love Infantino and all they stand for in parenting, inclusion, and Changing the Face of Beauty.
And you know what else?
I can’t wait for Best Buddies Philippines to team up with Infantino Philippines to bring some more love and light and goodness to our mission.
