COVID cooking has changed the way we stock our pantry and freezer. Even the way we plan our menu for the week has been adjusted. Going out of the condo only once a week, helps us with our intention of keeping exposure to a minimum. Minimal exposure to outside elements keeps everyone safe and healthy. If I plan my menu well, and I am mindful of how I prepare our food, I can keep everyone’s immunity up as well. Thankfully, I was invited to share some of my menu planning tips and tricks for Mommy Mundo with the help of Lady’s Choice.
