It’s almost Halloween!!!
Y’all know how much I love Halloween…right?
Well, Mind Museum is putting together a really fun celebration filled with learning and exhibits perfect for you to use even at your own Halloween celebrations if you will be hosting one for your friends and family.
The kids LOVE going to Mind Museum and while it will just be the girls who will be with us on Sunday at MM, I know that even I might get a little creeped out because I’m such a scaredy cat.
You know what the best part is? I get to share 5 tickets with one lucky reader so the whole family can come in costume and play and learn in science!
Simply follow the mechanics in the Rafflecopter widget so you can enter for a chance to win 5 tickets for the Mind Museum’s Halloween Celebration!
My son will be superman this halloween.
Everyone loves Superman 🙂
Hi! 🙂 My husband and I will be in our cowboy and cowgirl costume. I’m having a challenging time to convince my 3 boys to go with our theme. My eldest wants to be in an astronaut costume, my 2nd son wants to wear his Mario costume and my youngest wants to be Sully of Monsters, Inc. So there, halo halo theme this year. 🙂
Hey Tara! I always try to dress the kids in theme too, although Nino and I feel dressing them up is participation enough for us!! ha ha ha. Gia wanted to be Sully this year too! Then I was thinking we can make Gelli dress like Boo!!
I can already imagine Gelli as Boo! Cuteness! 🙂
the whole family will be wearing a fairy costume except for my husband, he will be wearing peter pan costume;)
I love Fairies! Thanks for stopping by Gracielle 🙂
We are coming as a superhero family (SUperman, Wonderwoman and little Wonderwoman)! 🙂
Awesome SUPERHERO theme!!! Gelli was Wonderwoman last year 😉
This year, Mike is Captain America, Wyatt- Iron Man, Elsen- Spiderman, and I will come as Elasta girl! whahaha.. 🙂
Mike is perfect for Captain America…I see a superhero theme going on here…Love it!
Hi Mish! The kids and I were discussing this just the other day. We thought it would be fun to dress up as ghosts or zombies. They have graduated from the superhero and fairy themes that they both loved when they were younger. 😉
OOOH…Jo,
You have crossed over to the scary costumes now…Big Kids Talaga…
I was planning for my son to be superman but there are already a lot of kids doing superheroes costume so i might go with a Clark Kent get up instead (since my little boy is already wearing specs anyway) 😀
That’s a great idea Liz! Miggy was Clark Kent for his creative shot for the yearbook last year 🙂
We will be wearing minecraft or roblox halloween costumes. He personally request it & really like these PC games. 😉
Thanks! 🙂
Oh my gosh!
Ria! My boys love these apps too! Miggy had a minecraft costume one year as well. We just used the perfect sized box for his helmet.
No theme for us this year, everyone’s exercising their individuality 🙂 I have one daughter going as Mavis from Hotel Transylvania, older daughter amd friends as zombie school girls, husband as Disco Stu from the Simpsons and Ill be a burglar 🙂
Ahhh…I love individuality…but it also looks so much better when everyone agrees to a theme no? It’s so hard not to want to guide them to wearing what you want them to wear!! hahahaha.
You said it. I sometimes “suggest” to them what I’d want them to wear haha
My 3yrs old son said he wants a Sheriff Woody & Spiderman costume. So goo bibilhin ni mama un! While I want to portray a character ala Pretty Little Liars.. Papa’s not here to enjoy the Halloween costume party. Pero sya ang taya to pay for the costume.. hihi 😀
Hi Lorie.
I think both my boys have both been Sheriff Woody and Spiderman as well…
I’m thinking of wearing a black cat costume!!!
Black Cats are easy to do and quick too! Good Luck!
Tell me about the costumes you and your family plan to wear for Halloween this year!
The Costumes me and my family plan to wear for halloween this year is the AVENGER! because we love all the Character in AVENGERS!
The boys and I are doing Steven Universe! Tristan’s gonna be Steven, I’ll be Amethyst and Bong’s gonna be the pink lion. His choice yan ha! Hahaha!
Going local by dressing up the toddler in a Trese outfit while husband and I are going as her sidekicks, the Kambal. These are all characters in Budjette Tan’s super awesome supernatural detective Pinoy comic series, Trese.
Hi Michelle:) kael wants to be batman AGAIN, but am trying to convince him to be goliath so baby lean can be david:)
Hey Neibs. I love dressing the kids in themed costumes too…but if Kael insists on his repeat performance of Batman, you just might have to give in! hahaha. kisses for Lean. xo
We will dress as witches and wizards. 🙂
we love the walking dead. so we prefer zombieee
