My friend Kaye introduced me to It’s Judy Time quite a few years ago. She has been an avid fan of Judy and her husband Benji, and of course their three little bears.
During the launch for her new Pixi Palette, Judy made time for a Meet & Greet with everyone that appears in her daily vlogs.
I have come to love watching Judy’s vlogs, myself. Unfortunately, I don’t get to catch up as often, with their happenings in Seattle, as much as I would like. So usually, what happens, is I catch a couple of vlogs and then end up binge watching…
All of the girls were so sweet and their personalities shined through even while on stage.
Things I love about Judy?
She’s kind. She’s authentic. (YES. That’s a very important word for me lately.) She’s a momma who keeps it real. She’s a momma who knows and understands the really important things in life and has taught her daughters these things in the most natural ways.
Ok. What else do I love about Judy?
She’s generous.
Take for example their foundation CONVOY OF HOPE.
“Convoy of Hope is a faith-based, nonprofit organization that has helped more than 79 million people worldwide by sharing food, water, emergency supplies, agricultural know-how, and opportunities that empower people to live independent lives, free from poverty, disease, and hunger.”
Ok. So you have probably figured out that this momma has it going on. She balances all these things, and she has three successful YouTube channels with over 3.1 million followers.

Her channels tackle fun topics like make-up and beauty reviews, her relationship with Benji and marriage, and parenting without a script. Seriously, you can’t fake this stuff.
Pixi by Petra asked Judy to collaborate on a palette that would be good for the student, single girl, mom on the go balancing life, work, school, and wanting to look good while doing it all.
As Judy, herself said, she is very picky with which companies she would partner with, she considers all things before promoting to her viewers and fans.
Petra Strand’s mission is “To bring out ALL beauty in ALL women.” She knows that many women have very little time to pull themselves together before walking out the door and starting their day. It is easy to see why Judy preferred to collaborate with Pixi.
Together, they created two palettes which are inspired by looks that can go from day to night and from office to date night.
ITS LIP TIME tinted lip creams are reminiscent of Judy’s everyday life with names like Ta-da, Julianna Bear, Miya Bear, Keira Bear, and Chewy. They can be layered to create different looks, or worn by themselves as well. I am loving the light nudes and the rich burgundy.
ITS EYE TIME silky eyeshadows that are featured in the collaborative palette are named Honey Bear, Night Night, Good Morning, and Tutu. The eye palette looks like a palette I would definitely enjoy using with the earth tones in varying shimmers and mattes.

I had SO much fun attending this launch with my niece Cesca. We were lucky enough to attend the launch together because of the invitation from my friend Janice and VIP ticket from my friend Kaye.
I guess that’s why I wanted to make sure to go to this very special launch even though I don’t usually blog or write about make up.
The fact that my niece Cesca is so inspired by Judy speaks volumes to me.
Judy speaks to generations of women by sharing her life so openly in her vlogs. She can speak to a millennial who is interning far away from her family and home, she can speak to a new mother managing the schedule of three little ones who are demanding of her time, she can speak to the wife who is trying to balance a relationship, career, and motherhood, and she can even speak to the single girl who just graduated college.
What a wonderful way to spend my Sunday afternoon…
