Every year, Spiral and Sofitel team up with well known chefs to create their own “taste of home.” This year is no exception. Spiral has teamed up with culinary masters Nina Daza Puyat, Mia Manuel, Suzette Montinola, and Judy Ann Santos this year to bring dishes that will delight and inspire all who take advantage of the 21 Ateliers this coming Mother’s Day weekend.

Each Chef has prepared dishes which not only remind them of their own mothers, but many of the dishes have been passed on through generations. Sofitel guests, and Spiral diners will be gifted these deliciously rich viands, tempting side dishes, and sweet treats beginning on May 8th at lunch time.

Even more exciting, Spiral patrons will be able to meet the celebrity chefs who have generously shared their most memorable recipes on Mother’s Day if they choose to dine in for Brunch on Mother’s Day, proper. If you choose to dine during Sunday Brunch on Mother’s Day, you will be able to meet and greet Chefs Nina Daza and Judy Ann Santos as they will celebrate Mother’s Day with Sofitel in Spiral.

As a special treat, if you are dining with your mother, you can send in a photo with your mother via email upon reservation of your table. Your photo of your mother will then be incorporated into a very special center piece for your table where you will dine. How cute is that? Wouldn’t your mom be super surprised to find her photo incorporated into your celebration?
Special Spiral 2 Go boxes of chocolate pearls and treats are available for Mommas to take home.
If there is no time to send in your photos via email, do not fret. You can also take advantage of the special Mother’s Day Photo Booth which will be set up to capture the memory of your time together at Spiral.
