Travel Approved Strollers

When travelling with kids, mommas always need to be prepared for anything. There is always the possibility of tantrums when they are bored, hungry, or tired, and we need to be ready to carry the heavy stuff.

If you are traveling with an infant, then you have to be even more prepared with bottles, diapers, extra clothes, clean clothes, and more clothes!

Patience is a virtue we develop as we grow, and let’s admit to ourselves that sometimes traveling with kids can be challenging. And it really doesn’t matter whether we are travelling by road, by plane, or even by boat…we need to be prepared.

Choosing a durable stroller that will make our lives easier in keeping the prince/princess happy with their stuff all in tow is key in travel essentials.

Mommas need to choose meticulously.

And let’s face it, owning a compact, carry on, easy to fold, and easy to store stroller is a huge plus.

No matter the stroller brand, we know it is a main essential for every momma and dada when moving around with babies and toddlers. This is even more important if you have a family who is always on the go.

Here are two strollers that are perfect for a quick walk to the park, on overnight road trip, and even travelling by plane, with your little ones.

This October, Babyzen Philippines and Looping Squizz 2.0 released their own on-the-go strollers.

Babyzen, designed in France, is known for its compact, versatile, and featherweight strollers.

The Yoyo+ was built to make the urban parents life easier.

Babyzen brand ambassadors pictured are Stephanie Gonzales, Nicole Hernandez, Slick Rick, Xandra Rocha-Araneta, Mikaela Hernandez, Iya Villania, and Drew Arrellano.

Looping Squizz 2.0, ALSO a French stroller brand, is an easy-to-use stroller and with a competitive price.

They have 17 brand ambassadors in total. Some of them are Maite Tamparong-Uy, Christine Dychiao, Alyzza Apostol, Bianca Reinoso, Lucien Villaruz, Sheena Sy Gonzales, Myka Limchok, Cat Maderazo,  Amber Folkman, Paola Bronfman, and Joy Lim Astilla.

In this post, I wanted to do a side-by-side comparison of the strollers that are both certified by International Aviation and Travel Association.

Meaning, both strollers can be wheeled all the way to the gate and stored in the overhead plane compartment!

Here are the stats of each stroller side by side:

Both strollers have excellent features, and are almost the same weight.

When looking at the choices up above, one would consider the budget available, and the option of accessories you can purchase as your child grows.

I suggest try both strollers in person, and practice opening and closing each one. You can see with practice that the brand ambassadors were able to open and close the strollers with one hand with a baby on the hip!

Investing in a stroller is not a decision one makes quickly. Trying each one out, letting baby girl sit in the stroller for a bit, and even wheeling around the store for a few minutes will also give you an idea of which stroller would best fit the needs of your growing child, and the way your family travels.

One thing is for sure, Filipino parents will have an easier time making the choice with options like these.
