Vows of Elegance - Momma 'N Manila

On September 22nd and 23rd, Makati Shangri-La will once again host the Vows of Elegance Celebrations Fair showcasing the country’s BEST stylists, planners, bridal designers, cake makers, and celebration specialists.

This event could not take place without their standing partnership between Rita Neri Event Planners.

While Rita Neri Event Planners was birthed from a small enterprise where she was pursuing her passion for excellence, she has since seen her small business grow to serve the brightest and best of local celebrity weddings AND she has planned celebrations not just here in the Philippines, but also the United States, and all through out Asia.

I attended Vows of Elegance in 2016, and seeing all of the different options that brides have now to make their wedding day even more special, I must admit, evoked my own desire to renew my vows with Nino.

But, because Makati Shangri-La recognizes that celebrations do not end with the elaborately planned and executed luxurious weddings that take place in their ball rooms, they have added an additional facet to Vows of Elegance by showcasing different ways to celebrate ALL family milestones.

These milestones include debuts, 7th birthdays, and even anniversaries.

From intimate dinners and large scale productions where all star teams need to be in place to make the magic happen, one thing is for sure…we always need to be dressed for the occasion as well.

I was also honored to host the special media preview for Vows of Elegance earlier this month.

This year, Gelli and I have a very special opportunity to be involved in Vows of Elegance in a different capacity.

Because we have to be dressed well for all of these celebrations, the team at Makati Shangri-La has opted to showcase some of the country’s top designers not only for their beautiful bridal gowns on Saturday, but also for a “Mom and Me” fashion show on Sunday afternoon.

So happy that I will be walking the cat walk with these lovely mommas and their littles…

And my girl just can’t wait to walk the cat walk in our Little Miss Lacey creations…

These three visited @littlemisslaceyph ‘s showroom yesterday bright and early to get measured and fitted for a Mom and Me fashion show that will take place next month @makatishangrila. Y’all know how special that hotel is in my history with @manila.gent, right? There are so many ways we can celebrate important milestones our family’s history, isn’t it even better to do it in style with the perfect attire?
