Vows of Elegance

Makati Shangri-la has always had a special place in my heart.

Nino and I had our beginning in the Hotel Lobby almost 20 years ago. 

Today, Makati Shangri-la is one of our favorite hotels to go to with the family, for a plethora of reasons. 

I visit the lobby in between meetings in while I’m in Makati.

We celebrate with large and small gatherings with friends and family in the different restaurants all located within the hotel.

Nino and I enjoy date nights building on the relationship that started so long ago, by having a nightcap, or even a staycation away from the kids for a night or two.

To be honest, just attending the press event with some of my friends, made me want to consider renewing my vows.

Even during the press event, I found myself day dreaming what it would be like to wear a wedding gown again…Having designers on hand to discuss the collections that they will be showcasing during the fashion show during the event proper, made it all the more dreamy.
